Born in Tyler, Texas, Cesar Garay is a first-generation Mexican American artist. He received a certificate in drafting in 2015 from Kilgore College. and his Bachelor of Fine Art in 2021 from the University of Texas at Arlington

Artist Statement

Throughout Garay’s artistic exploration, he has discovered a common trend placing all his creations together. A subtle yet resonant connectivity. Despite the apparent diversity in themes and inspirations, each piece inherently echoes the impact of human experiences on our existence.
